Overview

I built a multi-agent HR system that combines a conversational assistant with automatic CV parsing and candidate evaluation. The system helps small companies manage recruitment in a simple and structured way through Telegram and WhatsApp.

The challenge

Small companies often do not have a full HR department.
CV review and candidate comparison are usually done manually, which takes time and can be inconsistent. Different departments (CEO, warehouse, marketing, finance, etc.) also look for different skills in candidates.
The challenge was to:
  • Automate CV analysis
  • Provide role-based candidate evaluation
  • Make comparison between candidates simple
  • Support multiple languages

My solution

I designed a conversational HR assistant that works as a virtual HR department.
Managers from different departments can upload CV files (PDF or JPG) directly in chat. The system then:
  • Extracts structured data from the CV (name, location, education, skills, work experience, languages)
  • Stores the information in a database
  • Generates a summary and evaluation for a specific position
  • Calculates a suitability score for that role
  • Highlights strengths and possible gaps
The system also allows comparison between candidates using previously stored profiles. It retrieves relevant candidate data and generates a clear comparison to show who fits the role best.
The platform supports multi-language CVs and conversations, making it suitable for international hiring.

The result

The company receives a digital HR assistant that:
  • Automates CV reading and data extraction
  • Generates structured candidate summaries
  • Provides role-specific evaluation and scoring
  • Allows easy comparison between candidates
  • Supports multilingual recruitment
The system reduces manual HR work and helps managers make faster and more informed hiring decisions.
